Hi everyone!

It's time for another set of AI adoptables - this batch will contain eight adoptables to be released this Friday, on the May 10th. The following eight adoptables will be available, and you can see preview images below:

From top left to bottom right: Kaylee, Ae-Young, Emberlynn, Hei Ryung, Miyuki, Amalia, Vishka and Louna

Like all my adoptables, they come in zip files that contain between 5 to 7 images in both PNG and JPG format, as well as document containing the character’s backstory. Naturally, anyone that purchases these are free to change the background as they see fit.

Important Changes to Adoptable Auctions

Please note the following changes will apply to this, and all future DeviantArt Adoptable auctions until their system is improved to offer a more fair bidding process and prevent bid sniping.

Effectively immediately, the following changes will be implemented:

  • Last Minute Bid: A new bid that comes in 15 minutes (fifteen) before the auction ends that is equal to or slightly higher than an existing bid, will not be considered. Winner will be the second-highest bidder.
  • Second Highest Bidder Advantage: To further discourage bid sniping, the second highest bidder will always get the option to increase their bid even after the auction ends.
  • Equal Amounts: If there is more than one bid that is the same at the end of the auction, the original bidder will win. E.g. first come, first serve.

The reason for these changes is to make it as fair and as transparent as possible to all bidders involved. Since there is no auto-bidding or max bid option available on the platform at this time, I don't think it's fair for bidders that start early in auction. If you want one of these adoptables, please make it known and don't wait until the last minute!
